1. What is the process for made-to-order items? Items are handmade after you have made your purchase. They will be cut, sewn and sent within 2-3 weeks of your order. This means each item can be customised to you. This is also a more sustainable model.
2. What is your returns policy? See our returns policy here. As these are made especially for each customer, we do not accept returns with the exception of faulty items. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact us to discuss your options.
3. What about sustainability? Sustainability is one of our core brand values. We source natural and certified materials and prioritise ethical manufacturing practices.
4. Do you offer customisation options for your clothing? Yes! The possibilities are almost endless, maybe a different fabric choice, maybe a different pocket or maybe just a common fit issue that could be accounted for. If you have something particular in mind, please feel free to email through your ideas and we can explore whether this is something that's possible.
5. When will you create a more size inclusive size range? Catering to different body types is important here! When starting out new there are some limitations to an inclusive size range. As soon as there is capacity for sizing growth rest assured it will follow!
6. How do you price your items? Items are priced using a recommended formula which accounts for material + labour costs + retail mark up. These items are absolutely an investment in ethical and sustainable clothing!
